Hey Everyone!
Friday Favorites here...teaming up with Narci and Andrea, like every other week. We love for bloggers to join us by grabbing our graphic, linking back to us, and then adding your blog to the link-up!
I have a random mix of faves for you today...
We celebrated one of our FAVORITES this week-Marla had a birthday!
Why, oh why does my fried rice not taste like Benihana's?
#sosogood
Britt loves being entertained while she eats.
And Nixon didn't mind it either. :) Where's my picture of the birthday girl?

I delivered a meal to a sweet family this week and this is what I took...I made a big batch of chicken and kept half for us. Then I grabbed two already made corn breads from Market Street, added a salad and fruit. It was super easy! And a HIT! By the way, if you don't have the Simmers' cookbook, you need it.
Sometimes finding something you can make and easily transport that won't take all day to prepare can be hard, so I wanted to pass this on!

*SPOILER ALERT*
I'm talking Big Brother FINALE! {Because this show is a FAVORITE!}
I've gotta know what you thought?!
I LOVED the ending. I was crying happy tears for both Tyler and Kaycee.
*I mean SHOCKER that Swaggy-C got down on one knee and proposed. Oddly enough, it sounds like he's spent more time with Bayleigh's parents than with her. Right? I didn't see that coming! Maybe they can get married in the backyard next summer right before a POV competition. :)
*I LOVE that Hayleigh and Faysal are together/dating/whatever you want to call it. I thought their relationship was really cute inside the house but they didn't lose sight of what they had gone there to do. I thought it was sweet to see...and when Faysal said, "It's about time". I laughed out loud.
*What about Tyler and Angela? They both seem smitten with each other right now.
WHICH SHOWMANCE DO YOU THINK WILL WORK? ANY? ALL OF THEM? WILL THEY SURVIVE LIFE OUTSIDE THE BIG BROTHER HOUSE?
That last sentence sounded a little like the Big Brother announcer. Didn't it? #haha
*I also LOVE the way the show ended. Kaycee played a GREAT game and deserved to win. {Not that Tyler didn't.} I think the vote could have gone either way and I'd have been happy. But seeing Tyler tear up about getting America's Player made me so happy too.
Let me know YOUR THOUGHTS!

Sweet Girl-This is what happens when you want to be near mom, but you're two and you still need to nap. We moved Nixon's nap mat into my office {because it was downstairs and I was too lazy to go up to grab hers} and she snuggled up and napped while I worked. Win-win for us both.
Britty's dress is from Old Navy and you can't see them-but I paired it with kitty leggings from Old Navy. Added a bow from One Stop Bow Shop and this girl was looking all kinds of fall ready.

If you missed my make-up post earlier this week, you should head over there to read it now!

And yesterday I shared all the shows you guys told me I should watch. The list is HUGE! If you're looking for a new show to watch this fall, head to that blog post to get some new ideas.

And a little housekeeping question....can you guys see my posts in a normal format? For some reason, I got some e-mails/messages saying the post looked really weird on Wednesday. Just want to check to make sure it's all good now. I'm hoping that was a weird fluke!
That's all I have today, friends!
I'm off on a fun little {like day-trip-kind-of}adventure today. Follow along on Instagram {slaughteren} to see where I'm headed!
Have a GREAT weekend!
