My Christmas Wish List

Hey, Hey Friends!

Every year I share MY CHRISTMAS WISH LIST with you.  Am I getting everything on this list?  HECK NO!  I'll be lucky if Tab Slaughter grabs one thing off the list.  Odds are, I'll order something online and wrap that up with, "To: Mom, From: Ebby Lee, Nixon, Bowen, and Britt" written on the package.  ;)  #imlearning

These are all items I'd be super excited to open this season.

I love hearing what YOU guys are asking for this holiday season as well.  PLEASE comment and let us all know what you're hoping to see under the Christmas tree.  Those ideas help us all!

I don't have a roomba...am I the only one?  And to be honest, I've never bitten the bullet because I've heard mixed reviews.  If you have one, do you love it?  Or hate it?  Is it worth it?  Having something vacuum my floors sounds delightful!  And I'm pretty sure this is a gift Tab Slaughter would get behind.  :)
A couple years ago, I snagged a Jo Malone perfume set during the Anniversary Sale and I absolutely loved it.  You know how you get immune to perfume scents if you use the same one over and over?  Well, when I used a variety I could always tell I was smelling good.   Plus they're easy to pack for trips!  I'd love another set and I just saw this one is out for Christmas!

Last year, I bought the Google Home for Tab.  We used it hard core for about three to four months, but then I started hearing about all the fabulous things these Echo Plus can do.  I'm adding this to my list because it sounds amazing!  And seems to be able to do much more than our old Google Home.

I've heard such great things about this book and haven't read it yet!  It'd be a GREAT stocking stuffer or gift this season.  If you're read this, what did you think??

I feel like no doubt I've hit adulthood when I'm asking for a cookie sheet for Christmas.  Haha!  My cookie sheets/baking sheets all look like they've been run over by my SUV a time or two, but I'm probably not gonna go out and buy new ones for myself.  I'd love to get some as a gift.  Wouldn't you?
You girls know I love some skincare or beauty products.  YES!  Give me all the products!  If I had a big box of products under the tree, I'd be STOKED!  These sets are perfect because they're small sizes so you get to try a large variety and then you can buy the full size of the ones you love!

My favorite winter socks...great for stockings, a little something added to another gift, or the perfect small gift.

Cozy Minimalist Home:  More Style, Less Stuff
Okay, this is another book I've seen all over social media.  Have you read it?  This is on my list because I'd love to read.  I'm quick to purchase fiction books, but this isn't the type of book I'd buy for myself as quickly.

Okay, girls!  That's MY CHRISTMAS WISH LIST this year.  What's on yours??  Please leave a comment sharing a couple things on your list!  Happy Wednesday!

XO

Skip the Roomba. It just bounces when it hits a wall. My engineer husband (who does his research) bought me a Neato for my birthday and I LOVE it. It vacuums on a laser grid pattern, so it doesn't miss a spot in the room. I wake up in the morning to perfect vacuum marks on my carpet. I'm so in love! With my hubby and the vacuum.

Love my Roomba! It’s not perfect, but great for daily quick pick ups and you don’t have to be around while it cleans.

I laughed about your cookie sheets. Mine are like that too! Guess I need to add some too my list!

My husband did tons of research before purchasing our vaccuum... the Neato was the one he decided on. I always here so many complaints about the Roomba, but I love, love, love my Neato.

Fun list! We have a Roomba and never use it. We loved it when we first got it, but we must have just loved the idea of it. It doesn't get to the nooks and crannies that collect ALL THE DOG HAIR. Ugh! If you want to borrow ours to see if you like it, you're welcome to it!

LOVE my Roomba. It runs everyday while we are at work and keeps the floors clean - wood, tile, carpet, and area rugs. Can’t live without it.

LOL at the cookie sheets - I finally just retired 2 of mine (not even the right color anymore). We normally don't buy each other gifts but I would really love the UGG Ansley slippers :)

Hate the roomba, gets too full quickly and you have to be there to empty it. Also misses spots.

its a NO on the roomba. We have it and a BOBi on different floors and they NEVER gets used. They always either missing spots or getting full or running out of battery mid clean or getting stuck on something. Skip it and get an upstairs and downstairs stick dyson ;)

Returned the roomba...twice! I wanted to love it. What it would do in 2+ hours of it running is what I could do in 5 minutes with my quick go-to cordless hoover, plus I can get under the counter stools.

We just got a Shark robot vac and I really love that I can just turn it on every day and let it do all the work! It doesn't get EVERYTHING (like the 3 inches of space underneath the cabinets...it won't fit) but I love that it keeps the floors 90% cleaner than they would be without it. After hearing all the comments about the Neato though, now I wish I'd gotten that!

I don't have the roomba, but I do have the shark version of it. I LOVE it. It saves so much time. I do have to get the corners every once in a while, but nothing compared to what I was doing before. The roomba also just came out with a system that it dispenses the bag for you. DO IT!!!

1. I don't have a RUMBA either. ;) Same here...heard mixed things and don't know if I am ready to spend that money and hate it. LOL!!

2. You have to check out "scent bird" for perfume...it's kind of like a Birch Box for scents. It will blow you away!!!

3. Cookie sheets and the Cozy book are on my list too!

Yahoo for such a fun season!!!

Alright so if I'm being honest, the roomba is not all that (really depends on your carpet) but the roomba mop, way way better!!!! And vacuuming is not the devil but mopping to me is for sure!

I just love my Roomba. A few things to note: Run it when you go to the Gym. It can be kinda loud and bugs my kids. The collection tray is a little small so you need to dump it at least once a week, but other than that it really is a true gift to keeping things clean! Love your wish list and see a few things I want too! Happy Holidays!!

I'm adulting and asking for a new blender this year! Suggestions???

LOVE my Roomba! No, it is not perfect and I still use a traditional vacuum, BUT for everyday "pick-up" cleaning, it is worth it. I have 3 inside dogs and it gets 90% of the dog hair.

Love my Roomba! It does a great job with pet hair and wonderful for multitasking when you are getting ready for guests, etc. I run it mid-week but not daily. We use our regular vacuum on the weekend.

We recently got a Deebot from Amazon. It tends to run cheaper and I love it. It isn't perfect, but every single day we get so much stuff out of it after running it at night. Makes me feel like my floors are so much cleaner, even if I have to get the broom out some. It had good reviews, so that's why we went with that one. Love how practical your list is too! I am the same way!

Hate hate the Roomba. It goes around all the fuzzies in the floor and heads straight for the cords to get stuck.

I am #TEAMROOMBA all the way! I just recently decided to invest in one, we got the midrange one. We named her "Rosie" you know from "The Jetsons?" Anyway, we run her twice a week, she is loud on hard wood and sometimes gets lost but overall she's been great! We have had a Dyson for about 7 years which I still use on the carpets weekly. My primary focus was to have a way to vacuum our common areas more often. I can turn on Rosie and do other things. If I were a stay at home mom or worked from home, I would probably run her daily. We do not have a big house and the container is totally fine for us. I empty it after she docks herself but I also empty my Dyson container after every use so it's not trouble at all.

I think Melissa Radke is hilarious. Great gift ideas! I can't wait to see more!

I love my Roomba. Yes, it comes back full and has to be emptied, but I'd say that proves it's doing its job.
As far as baking sheets, go onto Amazon and order a couple from Nordic Ware. They're not expensive, they won't warp in the oven and they last forever.

I know there have been positives and negatives about the Roomba already posted but thought I'd add my thoughts and experiences. Ours is probably the only appliance that I 100% regret buying. It gets stuck under almost everything then the battery dies so it's a guessing game as to where it's at. It's louder than I was led to believe it was going to be so I've never been able to run it at nap time like I was intending to. How is Britt when it comes to loud noises by something that, in her eyes, could be perceived to be chasing her around? My toddlers were always terrified of it and would sit on the couch screaming when I turned it on. By the time it gets done bouncing off the walls and furniture, if it doesn't get stuck first, I could've easily ran the regular vacuum cleaner.

As for my list I haven't even started thinking about it yet -- but all the teachers, nephews and niece are bought for already 🙌🏻

I bake and decorate cookies as a side business. Skip the one in the picture...buy Nordic ware or go to Williams Sonoma and get aluminum sheet pans. I believe some Costco stores sell a three pack of the Nordic Ware cookie sheets for a ridiculously low price. The jelly roll type pans, which have a lip around them(the best,IMO) are readily available in Williams Sonoma and you can order them online if you do not have one near you. Go with the light colored cookie sheets, not the dark, gold or non stick. One other tip, try to always use parchment..cookies won't stick and clean up is easy. If your sheets are warping, they aren't good sheets..likely burning your cookies too! Hope this helps! Happy Baking!!

We have the Deebot and it works great! I am bad about actually using it, though, but when we do our floors are super clean!

My husband gave my two new frying pans and a new iphone8... You know what makes me think of my husband every time I use? My frying pans! I’m really hoping for new cookies sheets this year as well 😂!
